Thank you. I just want to say how much I appreciate your insights and your work, even far away here in Australia. I too feel the struggle of wanting to do so much, yet having to listen to my body as it struggles with chronic illness.

I am 100% on the slow train this year. I’m also normally ready and rearing when the New Year hits and this year is very different. It’s so many things: my body’s limitations and needs, the ongoing genocide, the sheer amount of stuff to handle upon returning to work is overwhelming to anticipate and more. I completely agree with operating in a different mode right now and extending everyone grace, slowness, and as much kindness and compassion as we can.
